Episode #5 & the FINAL episode of this Back To The Basics series, let's talk about the most important topic of the whole entire week - MINDSET I'll be completely honest, when I was going at my health & fitness goals all on my own - thinking I had to do tons of cardio, workouts 6-7 days out of the week, continued to cut my calories, wanted results ASAP, viewed foods as "good & bad", I could go on and on... but during those years, I did not understand the meaning of "your mindset is the most important part to achieving your goals". Well, I thought I had an understanding, which was "GO HARD OR GO HOME", "NO DAYS OFF", Trying to push through with WILLPOWER & MOTIVATION. Do you ever find yourself thinking this way??
